The Skiatook Lake Association "Vision Team" has completed and documented long range conceptual vision for the purpose of helping define the lake associations future directions. The five step process yielded several potential lake user benefits and it will serve as a living document for SLA growth and funding activities.

A conceptual vision is a document that provides directions based on concepts. Nothing at this point has been fully funded or is in an operational planning stage. Projects are currently in a definition and design stag. The vision document is used to help present the associations purpose and potential to outside parties and also to secure funding and commitments from groups and individuals. It is indeed a living document that will be changed on a regular basis to meet the realities of manpower, funding limitations, and incorporate new ideas.
