The Black Dog Project is a  joint project to develop the existing Black Dog Park area for improved public use. The project is a joint effort between the US Army Corp of Engineers, Osage County and the Skiatook Lake Association. When finished it will provide 256 parking spaces, have two boat launching ramps, provide clean restrrom facilities, and unloading areas for fishing tournaments.
